Question : Looking for a Traffic Analyzer

I have a good size network of about 100 users. It is a Windows 2003 server based network with Windows workstations. There is one DSL internet gateway. I am using 3Com 4000 series switches (4228G or 4250T). One or more workstations is just hammering the internet from the minute it is turned on in the morning. Is there any piece of hardware or software I can use in this environment to help pinpoint whick workstation(s) are the offending animal?

Like I said, as long as you place your packet sniffer at the Gateway, you will catch all WAN-based outbound traffic..
