Question : Remote Desktop (mstsc) - No security tab

Another IT company needs to connect to one of clients servers. The server they need to connect to requires authentication, however they are unable to connect as their RDP client does not have the "Security" tab where you can select to attempt authentication.

I have been unable to find out why they do not have the security tab, as all the machines at our office do.

We have told them to download the latest version of mstsc.exe which they have, and still no tab.

Could this have anything to do with them working as part of a workgroup rather than in a domain as both our company and the clients company do?

Is there a work-around if this is the case?
