Typically hosts file is left blank with just the localhost entry.
sometimes people download hostfiles to block a bunch of bad sites/IP's.
Sometimes spyware/viruses modify the host file for bad reasons.
some spyware/malware will block your access to certain anti-spyware sites.
Might be worth downloading malwarebytes from malwarebytes.org
update, run a quick scan. this is the new hotness in anti-spyware. :D its free. paid if you want constant monitorying. But that will slow your cmoputer down.
May want to remove one of the others afterwards. because no need for 3 anti-spyware.
