Question : Cisco router - network/internet speed issues

Guys:
I am not an expert on Cisco routers. but since last few days, we have been experiencing internet speed issues. it;s been running really slow . download speed is around 10 kb/sec. Yeah we ineed have T1 line. The t1 provider checked on their part and every result came normal. I tried to troubleshoot the router but I believe I have foudn a problem , just not sure how to resolve it. any help will be greatly appreciated.

here is the log file...serial0/0 ( input errors/crc) seems to be problem to me..

Answer : Cisco router - network/internet speed issues

>I have already checked with T1 people and everything seems to be running fine with me.
It is obviously NOT fine to you with the T1. Call them back and tell the the exact types of errors you are seeing on the line. The fact that they are INput errors as opposed to OUTput errors puts the onus on them for sure.
Authorize them to do "intrusive testing". Authorize them to dispatch someone to test on-site. I can almost guarantee you that it is a problem with the T1 line or the wiring between your router and the T1 smart jack.

Here's a great troubleshooting flowchart for T1 errors
