Question : recommended j2ee hosting providers

I am looking for a very reliable J2EE hosting solution provider.

The most important aspect of what I am looking for is a provider who can provide all the expertise in keeping the app server alive and well.

The application we have developed is database intensive and includes a just a single .ear file with a bunch of webapps.

Being that we are strong on development, we mostly want to rely on external expertise in providing a strong LAMP/J2EE stack.

Any personal recommendations?
