Question : How to: Turn the monitor energy sever to NEVER using Group policies?

I was wondering if there was a way to turn the monitor energy saver to Never instead of the normal 20 minutes, using group policies of course. I looked up and down the at the policy and cannot find a setting.
I would like to avoid running around to every station.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
