Question : Active directory not updating

We have Two exchange servers and two domain controllers. Recently I noticed that when I add any users through active directory in Exchange Server not updating in the active directory in Domain controller. I have no clue why this happend. I can see the user in Exchange server active diretory users but not in domain controller active directory users. Pls help asap....
