Question : Cisco Unity Connection voice mail playing main greeting

Unity Connection 7.0

I set up SCCP integration between CUCM and Unity Connection and am able to leave voicemails for subscribers. Everything seems to work fine. I get a greeting, I leave a message, MWI lamp comes on, no problem. But when I try to listen to the message I get prompted for VM PIN then kicked out to the main greeting. If I enter the wrong PIN I get an "invalid entry" so I know it is looking at my user account settings. I just set up an auto-attendant so I was messing with the "system call handlers" so I'm thinking that might be where the problem is. Any ideas?

Apparently you can't have a blank voicemail password or it will kick you to the general greeting. I hadn't set up passwords on the users yet and was hoping they could just get in and set up their mailboxes by hitting #. Nope. I set up a legit password and once entered it kicked off the VM setup wizard.
