Question : Problem getting Network/Server Status using Nagios
Hi, I've configured Nagios on RedHat Linux 9 in my Network for monitoring all Servers , Firewall ,Routers & Switches. I've configured for Ping , HTTP , Disk Usage , CPU Usage , FTP , Telnet Services in my services.cfg file.I'm geting Status information only for the PING Service configured. For rest I'm getting error message. I've mixed breed of Platforms on my Network to be monitored like Solaris , Tru64 , Linux , HP UNIX and Windows 2000 servers(majority being Windows based) For HTTP on LINUX server Im getting "HTTP WARNING: HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden " For Disk Space on Windows Server I'm getting " check_disk: unrecognized option " which surprisingly sometimes changes to "Missing -l parameter" . Can someone tell me where possibly I'm going wrong.Secondly I wanted my NAgios to send SMS in case of any failure......Does any one have any Pearl Script or some other for having SMS feature configured. Pl. help !

SOunds like the url you're looking at has a redirect on it. Do you have a custom 404 error that does this?
The configuration file defines your command definitions, take a look at the master config (don't rremember where it is, grep for 'check_nt_disk' )
