Question : Cisco TSP and Outlook 2007

Hello,

I have Cisco TSP installed on my PC (Windows XP Pro) and it is working Outlook 2007. Call Manager is version 4.2.

The problem I have is that I have to edit the contact number and prefix it with a 9 for the call to work. I have tried editing the Phone and Modem options in the Windows Control Panel and using the prefix 9 for local and long distance calls but they do not work. Is there a way around this or will every contact have to be edited.

Thanks,

Glenn

Answer : Cisco TSP and Outlook 2007

ok,
but if you want this pattern to work you have to do the following:
you have to modify the number on the OUTLOOK Contacts to be +4401892506097
then it will work automatically. to be sure that the number is correct in the edit location window you can find your number at the bottom under "Phone number will be dialed as:" this should be 901......
do it and it will work i am sure 100%
