Question : Cisco Wap2000 keeps needing a reboot
I have 1 Cisco Wap2000 access point setup with 10 hosts.
Even when i only had 1 host connected i got the same problerms.
The pc will not connect to the access point.
I can login to the AP unisng another pc (cable) the web browser has no problem then i ca reboot the device. or hard reset,
after the reboot the pc will connect to the AP.
This will happen several times a day.
I have changed channl from 1 to 6 and then 11 all with the same result.
I have also tries dropping the power output from 100% to 50% with the same result
any ideas?

How about interence from other devices such as cordless phones, wireless remotes, microwave ovens, etc?
other than that it soounds like a faulty AP, is it still under warrenty?
