Question : Reset admin password on Small Business server 2003

Hi,
We have a Small Business server that has had the admin password changed, and now no one knows what the password is!
Is there a way of resetting the password? it's running on VMware if that makes a difference. It's a domain controller so we need to get this resolved ASAP if poss, failing that we'll need to rebuild the machine which is not a desirable option.
