Question : Insufficient Memory or Not Enough Disk Space Error Message When Attempting to Create Dial Up Network

Hi Everyone:

In an attempt to troubleshoot a problem a friend is having with AOL, I tried to create a dial up network.  Unfortunately, I have run into problems.  Toward the end of the dial up network setup, I get the following:  A window with the title of Network Configuration with the following error message:  Unable to create the specified connection.  This can be caused by insufficient memory or not enough disk space.

The HDD has 15.5GB of free space.  The amound of memory is 480MB.  I really don't think these two things have anything to do with this, but, the error message leans toward them though.

Any help regarding this question will be appreciated.

         Thank you

         George
