Question : can't use connectcomputer wizard SBS2003

Hi,

I am trying to rejoin a workstation running XP Pro to an SBS 2003 domain. If connect the way I usually do with 2003 Standard it joins the domain but then the workstation hangs after a reboot at Applying Computer Settings. If I unplug the Ethernet cable, get to the login screen, plug the cable back in, all is fine. Someone told me that I needed to use the connect computerconnect wizard with SBS. So I tried via a browser:

I get the following error in IE
The Small Business Server Networking Wizard was not installed. You may not be a member of the local Administrators security group on this computer or your Local Intranet security settings may be set to High. Click Connect to the network now to try again and click Yes when prompted. If the wizard fails to install, contact the person responsible for your network.

In firefox I get to this http://cardiac/connectcomputer/precheck.htm and nothing at all happens.
