Question : Verifying Configuration of WINS & Migrating to New Server

We are looking to decomission one of our primative DCs that has the WINS configuration for clients and such (dunno why).
DNS is already replicated to the new DC, as well as the DHCP scope and the GCS functions. I wanted to see if there is an easy way to migrate WINS and/or how to configure it on the new server.
