Question : Blue Screen Broadcom 570x NDIS.sys stop error Windows XP SP2

I've got a Latitude X300 with Broadcom 570x integrated NIC.  Fresh install of XP SP2.  I've narrowed the problem down to the Broadcom NIC as the problem by enabling and disabling wired and wireless adapters individually.

Symptoms:

1.  Wired NIC enabled, wireless disabled:  browsing network drives causes blue screen.  Happens quickly and only info I can get from screen is STOP error and NDIS.sys.
2.  Wired NIC disabled, wireless enabled:  browsing network drives creates no issue.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

1.  Uninstalled and reinstalled driver from Dell and Broadcom about 50 times with no resolution.
2.  Updated system BIOS.
3.  Replaced NDIS.sys from another working system.
4.  Attempted to change IRQ but XP won't allow and BIOS doesn't have the option.  NIC is using IRQ 11, and there are a few other devices using 11 as well (USB UHC and OHCI 1394 controller).  I suspect this to be the issue.
5.  Check Windows\minidump dump files for info - nothing that has clued me in so far.

Any Ideas?

Answer : Blue Screen Broadcom 570x NDIS.sys stop error Windows XP SP2

okay, at this point, I would install a new NIC card and uninstall the broadcom driver and disable it in the bios.
