Question : How do I configure internet explorer to access the internet via 192.168.0.2:4480 ?

I am trying to use proxy plus server to share an internet connection between a laptop-using a PCMCIA access card-and a desktop connected to the same linksys router.  I have been told that I should download (  http://www.proxyplus.cz ), load onto the laptop with an address of 192.168.0.2 and then configure explorer on the desktop to access the internet through 192.168.0.2:4480.  

Qudestion is, how do I change the explorer settings so that it accesses the internet through this port?

From IE,
Tools menu -> internet options -> Connections Tab -> Lan settings button -> Check use a proxy server - enter 192.168.0.2 for the address and 4480 for the port.
