Question : missing contacts in outlook
|
|
One of my Outlook users who connects to Exchange and uses Cached Exchange Mode is having trouble accessing her personal address list (contact list) when creating emails. The contacts can be seen when clicking on Contacts, but when you create a new email and click "To", her contact don't appear and the following error comes up:
"The address list could not be displayed. The contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions".
Why does this come up if her contacts are clearly in the Contacts section of Outlook?

Hi lenivan,
I should add, after she launches Outlook, have her right click on the address book in the Navigation pane and choose properties. Click on the Outlook Address Book tab and select the Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book check box (if it is not already selected), and then click OK.
cheers, frankco
