Question : iPhone Configuration

Hi All,

When configuring the iPhone to connect with Exchange, waht excactly do I need to put into the 'exchange.company.com' field?

Is this the mail domain? Or do I need the entire server address?

Answer : iPhone Configuration

You should only need to input mail.example.co.uk as the Server, and try selecting Off for Use SSL on the iPhone if you do not have an SLL cert.

Best practice for Push on the iPhone is to use EAS (Exchange Active Sync), not IMAP4. While IMAP4 will allow you to download email, etc. you will get a more full-featured experience using EAS.
