Question : resolve domain name. Sites with no DC

Hi.

We are having problems with Dns in an Active directory organization. There are several sites that have DC but other sites don't. If you ping the domain name from any workstation located in a site that don't have DC, dns will resolve to any DC's in the organization, with round robin. Is there any manner to force the dns server to resolve to a specific DC for sites that don't have any domain controller in their subnet, when asking for the domain name (for example with a ping to domain.microsoft.com)?
