Question : How to use Outlook with Domino on Citrix
I am trying to find a way to have a handful of users use Outlook instead of Lotus Notes on a Citrix server. The users are happy with Notes, but a CRM solution is being looked at where to get full functionality you need to use Outlook.
I was able to setup the IBM Domino Access for Outlook connector and it works fine, but only for 1 user. Once you try and create an Outlook profile for user #2 there are problems because it tries to use the same ini files for all users. I realize this is unsupported by IBM, but trying to make it work anyway. i tried the Microsoft connector version but that one either does not support R7 or it does not like that we don't keep our ini files in the defaul location. It complains of not finding it, even if you have notes open.
So my question is, does anyone know how to make the connector work in Citrix? I am willing to look at third party tools also, but it needs to be easy for the user. any suggestions would be appreciated.
