Question : Hyena Experiences

I was wondering if any of you have used an application called Hyena before.  This is a multipart question really.  What are its limitations?  Has anyone had any negative experience with it and why?  Do you know of any comparable software other than Dameware that might be more powerful than Hyena?

i use both hyena and dameware
i prefer dameware's remote control software over hyena (uses vnc), but you may have other alternatives
i prefer hyena's organization of domains and presentation of servers

i have not had any negative experiences that i consider to be hyena's fault...rather related more to browser issues
