Okay. A couple of options here. My first recommendation is to use a conferencing service provider, US, Austrailian, Asian, etc. Use there local phone numbers in the countries you have provided or operator assisted dialing to get countries on the call that don't have local dialing available and host the call in this manner. The countries that you show should be covered by most major providers. If you want to host the bridge on your own, figure out which countries can dial Hong Kong toll-free and those that can't you call on your own. I hope this helps.
