Question : Color lables in Calendar in OWA

Is there any way to see the colored lables created in calendars when viewed via OWA? It is fine in regular Outlook.

The Calendar functionality in OWA included with Exchange 2003 is pretty limited and the answer to your question is No: There isn't any way of seeing coloured labels in OWA on Exchange 2003 since the feature has never been built in.

OWA, and particularly the calendar interface, has been vastly improved in Exchange 2007 and you now have a much better view of your mailbox which looks much like Outlook. If this coloured label functionality is important to you, you might want to look into upgrading to E2007 since you aren't going to get it with E2003.
