Question : Silverlight downloading probelm

Hi , I sometimes read the news on the net , I use different website for my studies , I sometmes face with silverligh icon message to be able to watch sertain program ,but when I try to download I get error message which I will attach in this email to look at , any idea why this is happening pls ?

the article state clearly that it does affect office 2007 , so what I did I went to control panel and done uninstall for the silverlight the usual way .....rebooted the pc and then opened the webpage for the news site got the message I need to nstall silverlight click on install and this time it works fine ....
