Question : Logon Script Not Running

I setup a logon script Netlogon.bat on my 2003 Server put it in the Scripts folder and when I logon as a user I don't see the script run. Now when I go to a Dos prompt and use "Net Use" to map a drive it asks me for a user and password. I guess this is why it's not running. Need some help experts.....
