Question : xml phonebook and grandstream 2020

I have a grandstream 2020 and an asterisk aa50 box.

Trying to setup the xml phonebook download.

ive enabled the download option on the grandstream 2020.

address ive set as
www.mywebdomain.com.com.au/gs_phonebook.xml

it doesnt seem to download.

any ideas.

Are you certain the phone can get to the address? I always put my download configuration files on my asterisk server so I can be sure there is connectivity with the phone. In most cases my phones are on a separate network for bandwidth and QOS considerations and therefore can't see many non VOIP systems
