Question : Windows 2003 SP 2, Can ping google but I cannot browse it with IE

I can ping google, yahoo internet etc. however I can't browse it with IE.  Also I can ping the gateway and our DC just fine.  I can browse our intranet with no problem, just the internet is giving us a problem with this machine. I ran netsh winsock reset , just in case the TCP/IP winsock was broken and still didn't work.  This server has been up for a number of years and is our Terminal server, and it just started with this problem this morning.  Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Something wrong with proxy settings?  Is there a proxy in your network?
