Question : Cisco 3560G Switch Question

I have a couple of Cisco 3560G switches that all the sudden I can not reach in anyway but the console port.  I could not connect in Cisco Network Assistant, which I have used before to configure them, so I tried to use the web ip address and telnet with no luck.  I also can not ping the switches either.  It is working and passing traffic though.  Anyone ever see something like this?

From the console connection, try "show vlan" and see if that is what you expect.
If your management access is not vlan1 then if the vlan database gets corrupted the configuration will still have all the vlan assignments, but unless the vlan database is correct, the configuration doesn't do any good.
