Question : Reproduce "freeze pane" Excel feature in a Domino view
Greetings experts,
I have been combing the forums to see if there is a trick to "freezing" a column in a Domino view, that is, keeping the 1st column in view while you scroll over to the right. I had read somewhere that you could do that with an embedded view and embedded form in a form but I could not make the connection on how that can be done. Can anyone enlighten me on how to do this or if there is another suggestion on how to do this? Below is the answer that was suggested in the forum but I am a little lost with what was suggested.
"Create a form with an embedded view and an embedded form. Connect the form to the view by setting the target in the view ... et voila."

Never heard of, never seen. But a good idea, something you should post at Ideajam.net.
If it were in a browser, I think I could find some ways to do it. In Notes, sorry, but no. Or not yet...
