Question : sending MTA's poor reputation - cant send email to some domains

The email address I am trying to send to has MX that points to smtp.secureserver.net



This is an email I am simply manually typing- normal communication.  Our mail server IP is 64.246.2.50

The .local does not resolve on the internet.
The SMTP banner should be the valid name of the server as seen on the internet, with a matching PTR record.

So in this case the SMTP banner should be "mail.theravive.com"
I can't tell what the SMTP software is, so I cannot tell you how to set that.
