Question : Juniper Networks

I have an issue where one of our computers which users Juniper vpn will not allow me to install an upgrade it has worked on all other systems. I think it may be a virus and to avoid re-installing the complete system any help would be appreciated. I have attached a screen shot of the error.

Are you logged in as admin and can you add remove the program (remove and reinstall the app)
