Question : domain purchase

Maybe someone can answer this for me.  I went to a site where they sell domains, some for high dollar amount, and noticed their own domain was listed for purchase.  It a nice domain with decent pr rank and lots of backlinks.  So I purchased it as well as a buysafe bond to guarentee me the delivery of the domain.

Then come to find out they mistakenly put the domain up there.  I have a print out of the bond number and domain that I purchased.  A charge was made to my cc.  However, this company removed my invoice from my account and credited my cc.  The reality is I caught them with their pants down.   I can easily use this domain.  What are my "domain rights", if any?  As I mentioned, they credited my cc but I'm not made whole.  I would like to keep that domain if possible.

you should contact the company and try to get the domain...
maybe it was an error, maybe it was not on sale, or already sold to somebody else...
in this case they cannot give that domain to you...

chack whois info for the domain, it may lighten things up....
