Question : How to find outgoing call logs in Avaya IP Office system?

Hi we have Avaya IP Office at my work. We use the software manager 6.0 .

I am trying to look into a log to see who keeps calling a certain number but I have no idea where to find an outgoing history log. I typically use the software to assign a new person to an extension. Can anyone assist me with finding out how to access outgoing call logs?

Answer : How to find outgoing call logs in Avaya IP Office system?

system manager is for configuration purposes. SysMonitor can trace call and create log files ( should be installed with sys manager in C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Monitor\).

Click Ctrl+T (trace option) then untick all unnecessary options ( "call logging" is just enough for tracing calls).
Click Ctrl+L for setting log file.
Click Ctrl+W to start logging to file.

now you can search log files for certain phone number.
