Question : Quick & Easy SSL Issue
Running Win2k3 x64 (IIS6). Got a new security certificate I need to install on my web server. Only issue is that when I right-click on the website in IIS Manager, select Properties, select Directory Security tab, select Server Certificate, Assign Existing Certificate, the certificate I downloaded from my CA does not show up on the list of available certificates in the IIS Certificate Wizard. Not exactly sure why. I'm sure the solution is very simple and I'm just overlooking something.
Any help would be appreciated.
Answer : Quick & Easy SSL Issue
it sounds as though you're selecting to create and process the request. make sure after you choose, create certificate instead of "send the request immediately..." see the attached image.
