Question : Remote Desktop Connection - Unlisted Error

I've run into this on 2 different machines now. Periodically when I try to use RDC to my home machine from one at work I get this message:

"The system cannot find the file specified. This initial program cannot be started: (weird box character)

Please consult help for more information."

Then I get logged off.  Only way to fix it seems to reboot the host.  This message isn't listed in the help. This is Windows 2000 Pro to Windows XP Pro (Host).  Thanks!

Answer : Remote Desktop Connection - Unlisted Error

Finally found a solution to this and since Server 2003 came it there is more information on it out on the net. On the client properties there is a tab for startup programs.  Somewhere along the line all of my RDP configurations got corrputed in that the startup program box was checked (I never checked it) and the program entry to start was garbage data (3 null ascii 0 characters).  Clear this stuff out and save the RDP and it works again.
