Question : How to connect two Different IP Networks
|
|
Dear All
I have two different IP's networks. One Network pool is 172.x.x.x and another one is 192.x.x.x.
Currently, there are seperately, but now I want to make them a single network, so that both network clients can share resources respectively. Subnet Mask of both networks are same as "255.255.255.0"
Kindly suggest me the most feasible and simple method so that I can connect both netwoks. I will look forward for your prompt and kind reply eagerly.

A cheap, quick, easy solution is to add a router. A small Cable/DSL router will work just fine in "router" mode versus "gateway" mode. Try a linksys for under $50 USD http://www.linksys.com/products/product.asp?grid=34&scid=29&prid=142
