Question : Cisco Call Manager Express share T1/E1 lines like a Key System

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to share the lines like a Key System on a Cisco 2811 when using a T1/E1 connection?
I have 20 7931G IP phones and I want to configure them so they each have lines 1-14 (as 14 is the number of channels coming through the T1/E1 line) displayed on their line keys.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Hi Mark,

It is possible but it requires you to have a T1 CAS (Channel Associated Signaling).

You need to check with your T1 provider if they can deliver this type of T1
