Question : Sify broadband causing my monitor to act wierdly

hi there expert,

whenever i launch my sify broadband client ,my montor would start flicking (L.E.D. clicks ) , although monitor is pitch black and i get glimpses of dos shell sometimes , i guess.

Most probably its the Bbimpsec.exe process thats shown in the processes ,causing all this , cas when i end this process it runs agn automatically and the process of flicking repeats.

Answer : Sify broadband causing my monitor to act wierdly

The BBImpSec.exe is installed C:\Program Files\Sify Broadband, and part of the Sify Broadband connection tool. I think it's a poorly contructed program and runs with DOS. Hence the monitor flickers moving from Windows to DOS prompt.

As a end user, you can't do more on this, unless Sify makes this connection tool to run in Win32 bit with MSI or Windows Installer for Installation.
