Question : Pop Service restart required after reboot

When our Exchange server is restarted, I have to go into System Manager and restart the Pop Service. I have it set to restart auto.
Any idea why?

Also, if you're absolutely sure all Exchange-related services are set to start automatically, then check your event log for the reason it's not starting and let me know what you find.
