Question : Can you have mutiple security settings for a single SSID for Cisco Access Point

I am trying to transition from using WEP to WPA. Is there a way to use both WEP and WPA for a single SSID while making the change. I have about 35 laptops that need to be switched over and it would make the administration change much easier.
