Question : How to block income phone call on avaya IP office?

Hello,

I want to block an incoming call that is generated from a robo dialer/vendor.

I have an Avaya IP Office 500 phone system. Can I setup the system to block the inbound call?

Yes - If the calling party is sending a CLI  and its the Same One each time.  You will need to route the inbound calls through the voicemail / Auto Atendant and set that to recognise the CLI and , play a blank auto atendant message / voicemail message and set the hang up option.
