Cannot get VPN to work betwen Cisco ASA & Netgear DG834

the key to this vpn setup!!

Make sure the access-list on the ASA matches the subnets specified on the Netgear EXACTLY!!

You can't get away with similar subnets for source & destination - they must be exaclty the same!!
