Question : oracle forms 6i windows athuntication

I developa project in oracle 6i and its working file but i now i want that my oracle runtime does not prompt for user name logon automatically with same user as windows os user name

i am using windows xp professional and my server is windows 2003

i want a user created by following command
"CREATE USER user_name IDENTIFIED EXTERNALLY"
