Question : Connectivity issues with routes and sessions

We have users experiencing issues when connected via sonicwall such as no web access, no messenger, no email, etc... (Vista 32/64)

I connect on an XP box and have experienced rdp sessions freeze/drop and the actual tunnel remain up.

When I tracert from my session it seems traffic flows as it should however I did notice on Cisco and Sonicwall sessions my default gateway is my assigned ip (tunnel), and the person having web issues
hi default is 0.0.0.0 (vista64)

Ou internal netmask is 255.255.252.0 dafeult gateway on the sonicwall is the firewall interface.

Answer : Connectivity issues with routes and sessions

The user now states after reconnecting the web and messenger work and all is well.
The only change I made from the NetExtender routers were remove a 192.168.1.0 because I already had a 192.168.0.0/22.

His Vista box still shows 0.0.0.0 for the SSL VPN  default gateway even after I had him remove his profile in netexterder and reconnect.

Maybe this is how it displays in Vista.  (XP it is the machine ip)
