Question : T1 line down

Hi,

I have a T1 private line and at the remote office the H2TU-R - ADTRAN card is completely dead, no lights on it. Usually when there is a problem with the line, I can see some lights on it(yellow, green). This time there are no lights. What could cause that and who's responsibility is to troubleshoot that. Mine of the carrier?

Answer : T1 line down

I would start by unplugging the device and then plug it back in just to make sure it is getting power.  If it doesn't power on call your ISP.  They should come out and fix the device.
