Question : How can blue soleil can recognize my bluetooth device?

Hi i am using dell studio 1537 laptop, and i have the in built blue tooth support, and i installed "blue soleil" but this software can not recognize my blue tooth device. and i see 4 options like
usb, uart, pcmcia, and bcsp, i try with all this 4 options, but still it can't find my web tooth device.
so please tell me the solution, how can i use this software

Is the bluetooth indicator lit up?
It's located above the keyboard on the right side, between the WiFi and hard drive indicators.

Fn+F2 is the usual Dell hot-key combination to toggle WiFi and/or BT (typically definable in QuickSet).

There IS a driver update available for it

But it's only 'recommended' - if its status was 'urgent' it might be needed to make the BT work at all.
