Question : VoIP- got new phone numbers... How to program them?

We ordered a new block of DID's that the phone company has turned on. When you call them, you get the disconnected message. They said I needed to contact my phone vendor to program the #'s. I called the guy that supports our Phone System (Interactive Intelligence) and he said we needed to add the numbers to our Cisco Router... Which isn't something he does. So, now I'm stuck? Any ideas on how/where to add these numbers so we can start using them?

Yea there is some inconsistency there I see.    You current dial peer only shows  4, 7 and 8 as starting digits but the numbers you have start with 7 , 8 and 9 , and now you have to add 5 to it.  So do you have some numbers that start with 4 as well?   And are you currently using extensions starting with 9?
