Question : Help on Voice conferencing on Cisco Callmanger Express 4.2 system using a Polycom conference Station

I have connected using an FXS port on a cisco call manager express 2811 ISR an analog Polycom conference SoundSation. I need to configure the system to support initiating a conference call to other cisco ip Phones within the branch office and also to other phone users over an H323 connection at the HQ.
