Question : Change date and time, windows XP limited user.

I have a limited user on an xp box tha needs to be able to change the date and time.

I dont want to give her Power user or Admin status.

Is there a local police or reg key I can add remove to allow this?

Yep, there is a local policy:

Computer Config- Windows Ssettings- Security- Local Policies- User Rights Assignment

Then grant the user the right to change the system time. By default this right is given to admins and power users...but you can change this to add whatever user or group that you need.
